Below you will find 2 drone videos of the Erin Manor Subdivision on Easy St. and Keegan St.  Most, but not all of the homes on these 2 streets were built by Lowpete Construction.

Hope you enjoy the drone made videos below of the various homes built starting in 2008 and continuing on to present.  The homes on Easy St. are primarily single family homes, while many of the homes on Keegan have apartments or are duplexes as the Keegan St. lots are larger.

Erin Manor Subdivision has family's from all walks of life, ethnicities and professions. 

Many of the homes have great views of Mendenhall Glacier and all have views of Thunder Mountain, where one can spot a mountain goat, or spy the dark spot of a bear moving slowly along.  Eagles  and ravens are a constant presence and winter brings the sounds of snow tumbling down the mountain.  

Easy St. and Keegan St. are close to schools including Glacier Elementary, Floyld Dryden Middle School.

We can build on one of our lots in this subdivision and we have other lots available elsewhere in Juneau, or we can build on your lot that you dream of having your new home!
